• Can I buy a life insurance policy on someone without them knowing? No

• Can I keep a life insurance policy that I owned on my ex-wife/ex-husband after we divorce? Yes you can keep any policy that you own.

• Can I insure my baby before it is born? No but on a group plan/employer plan that covers dependents it usually states from “live birth”. So a baby born alive and that dies soon after is covered.
